Planning for Mid-Atlantic Brass Band Festival 2022 is now underway and we couldn't be more excited to be back live and in person Feb 5-6th at Rowan University.  

For the audience:
Top bands from the East Coast, including the three-time North American Champion, Atlantic Brass Band will be performing some of the most technically challenging, yet entertaining literature of the genre.  This is the only venue of its kind to hear this collection of bands and this style of music anywhere in/around NJ.  If you are a music aficionado, make plans now to attend! 

​For the participants:
The solo competition promises to showcase top regional talent with both youth and adult/collegiate categories, offering musicians of all ages the perfect chance to receive valuable feedback on individual playing while providing the opportunity to compete for prizes and the title of MABBF champion!

Attending bands will receive world-class coaching and performance feedback from our internationally renowned clinicians-as well as having the opportunity to perform for a large audience of brass band fans and peers. 

​Rounding out the weekend will be informative masterclasses.  Great educational opportunities for music teachers, students, and amateur musicians as our clinicians cover cutting-edge brass and percussion pedagogy.
